15 Day Returns
We offer a 15-day return policy because we know how important your jewelry is to you. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 15 days of delivery.
For example, if you purchase a diamond piece and aren’t happy with it, simply contact our customer care team via phone or email. We’ll arrange a return and send a courier to pick up the item from your UAE address, free of charge. However, if you’re outside the UAE, you’ll need to cover the shipping costs to send it back to us.
Our 15-day return policy covers jewelry and solitaire purchases, with refund limits of up to USD 2,500 for jewelry and USD 6,000 for solitaire diamonds. If your purchase exceeds these amounts, our buyback policy will apply.
Please note that this return policy does not apply to gold coins, bespoke pieces, customized orders, engraved pieces, or items purchased using a discount code.
To initiate a return, reach out to our customer care team. If the pickup is within the UAE, we’ll handle it. For international returns, you’ll need to ship the product back to us. Once we receive the item and complete a quality check, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
Make sure to return the product with its original certificate and invoice. If you don’t have the certificate, we will send the jewelry to the lab for recertification, and the cost will be covered by you. The certification fees are USD 20 for diamond jewelry and USD 50 for solitaires.
Any jewelry that shows signs of wear, resizing, or damage will not be eligible for the refund policy, and the buyback option will apply.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@leparisdiamonds.com and we will start the exchange process.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
